晶振在蓝牙模块中无处不在,大部分的智能手机,打开设置工具里面就会有一个是蓝牙功能,蓝牙技术引入手机对于电子产品来说是一个重大的突破。蓝牙设备上都有一颗小小的贴片晶振,是提供稳定工作时钟脉冲频率的,若没有这颗小小的贴片晶振整个蓝牙将无法进行工作变成无功能状态。

日本爱普生晶振SG3225CAN是一款支持CMOS输出的石英晶体振荡器(SPXO)系列,小体积尺寸3.2x2.5mm有源晶振,四脚贴片晶振,具有超小型,轻薄型,低功耗,低电流消耗特点,1.6V至3.63V的宽工作电压和宽工作温度范围从-40℃到+105这些SPXO提供从2.0x1.6mm到7.0x5.0mm的五种不同封装尺寸,并提供标准引脚排列。非常适合物联网、蓝牙模块,便捷式设备,可穿戴设备,医疗设备,工业自动化等各种应用。

蓝牙产品能用到的晶振一般为3225mm封装贴片晶振,也是最常用的一种封装。也有用2520封装的,但不是很常用因为造价成本比3225封装要高,常用频率有3225/12MHZ、3225/16MHZ、3225/24MHZ、3225/26MHZ、3225/32MHZ等,一般比较常用的是3225的封装26M,这个封装货源也是比较充足的,也是厂家和供应商最常供应的封装。这几种频率常用的负载电容有7PF、9PF、12PF、20PF,其中9PF的负载最为广泛。
